Unique e-commerce application delivered for customerking

Brighton Internet company Nexus Internet Solutions have produced a new web site for clients customerking to deliver unique functionality for buyers and sellers of goods and services. The web application will be a public user web site that allows buyers and sellers of retail goods to communicate with each other. It also allows sellers to compete for a buyer's needs on price and specification of goods.

Buyers simply enter what specific product or service they are looking to buy, anything from a car, plasma tv, hotel room, insurance, digital camera or MP3 player. Sellers simply select and enter the categories of products and services that you sell. customerking will then automatically send to you via email sales enquiries from potential buyers who are looking to purchase those products or services. You can then view the specific buyer’s requirements on the customerking web site.

The development environment has been Microsoft Visual Studio .NET with the programming language VB.NET. The target browser covers Internet Explorer 6, Opera 8 and Mozilla Firebox 1.0. Other technologies involve XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0.

Nexus have been a real pleasure to work with. Their team approach is proving very effective with great communication skills resulting in an experience I hope will continue through to project launch. Nexus quickly understood the project requirements and then followed through with a dynamic solution to the processes needed for an effective and hopefully profitable web site.
